Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for company employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees with any travel-related inquiries or issues
- Research and compare prices, availability, and quality of travel options such as hotel, flights, and car rentals to secure the best rates and accommodations
- Negotiate with hotels and other travel vendors to secure the best rates and packages for employees
- Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff.
- Maintain and update a database of employee travel profiles, including preferences, frequent flyer accounts, passport details, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient travel operations
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and travel vendors
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements
- Travel related experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
