Agent's Executive Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview
*This is primarily a remote position, but must be local as you may need to come into our office at varying times*

Responsibilities

• Assist the agent & office manager with their everyday tasks.
• Provide ideas / suggestions on agency processes and procedures.
• Ability to come into the office when needed, but comfortability to primarily be remote.

• Prior assistant experience
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented

• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
