POSITION SUMMARY
The Trainer for Admissions will provide education, training, and direction to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Overall staff training and development along with data gathering and reporting back to the Admissions Director on progress for both New and Current employees. The Trainer for Admissions will work collaboratively with the Admissions Leadership team and Operations to improve efficiency of servicing patients.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & TRAINING
- Positive interpersonal communication skills – able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels (written/verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly; detail oriented.
- Strong analytical skills
- Aptitude for effective and creative problem-solving.
- Proven leadership skills; able to successfully manage and develop high preforming teams.
- Able to effectively analyze, interpret, and resolve performance issues.
- Managerial or supervisory experience – specifically managing exempt employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Training both New and Current employees in Admissions
- Create and maintain training documents
- Report on key operational metrics and data.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies.
