Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor

Guided Fitness is looking for Certified Personal Trainers, Yoga Instructors, Group Fitness Instructors, Registered Dietitians, and Massage Therapists to serve our greater Chicago communities

***Mandatory Candidate Needs***

• You must be available to teach in-person small group classes at our Chicago communities.
• Must have weekday evening and/or weekend late morning availability. Classes are primarily held weekday evenings and weekend late mornings.
• Meet Guided Fitness coach requirements prior to approval to teach. - Active Certification in Fitness Discipline, Active Insurance, Active CPR.

Our mission is to create stronger communities. We believe everyone deserves a coach. We specialize in providing in-person and virtual fitness services and social events at apartment, corporate, and senior living communities across the USA. Our average community will have access to a wide variety of in-person small group classes held at the community, access to live stream classes, OnDemand content, and ability to schedule private personal training sessions.

Summary Coach Experience
Our mission is to create a truly unique platform built to support the growth of an independent fitness coach. Have access to a variety of locations to coach, we promote you to a closed audience of potential clientele who live at the locations, opportunity to expand your personal brand nationwide, and an online platform to support the administrative needs of your growing business.

Initially coaches will get paid to teach small group classes we schedule with our communities. Our hope is that coaches nurture and grow relationships with class participants to build thier private training business at each property.

What is it like to coach with Guided Fitness?
Coaching with Guided Fitness is very different than your typical gym or studio. Small group classes are often held in apartment fitness centers or other social spaces. Oftentimes you are the only coach on-site. As an independent coach we will work with you to grow your brand. That said, unlike a gym, you are your own business which means you will need to follow-up with class participants, request class reviews, and provide opportunities for participants to purchase your services.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
