SalaryThe Personal Trainer will develop and implement safe and effective training programs appropriate for individual clients and within their scope of expertise. The Personal Trainer is expected to maintain professional relationships with clients, responding to client communications, and keeping appointments as assigned or scheduled with clients. Personal Trainers will record and track the progress of the clients and provide education to participants about the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyles. Additional responsibilities include attending monthly meetings/trainings as scheduled by the department, and responding to emergency situations when/if they occur.
Required:
Personal Training Certification from and an accredited organization. (AFFA, ACE, ACSM etc.)
CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (American Red Cross preferred)
Excellent communication skills.
Part-time position. Typically 6 - 12 hours per week.
