Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: (REMOTE) The Admissions Services Specialist is a full-time salaried non-exempt position that is responsible for the successful completion of admissions process for all programs at SEI and ensuring that prospective students are provided with exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Director of Program Services, this role works collaboratively with members of both Program Services and Program Management teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with team members and other departments on strategies for attracting, recruiting,
and enrolling a diverse and qualified student body.
· Perform all aspects of the admissions process, including application review and processing,
acceptance decisions, and communication with prospective students.
· Manage within 2 – 3 business days email requests from students, received through multiple (2-3) email accounts
· Facilitate admissions service appointments through the shared MS Bookings application with a required 3 hours of availability per day (and occasionally over if needed)
· Maintain current availability of cohorts on the student application and training and event calendar
· Manage Beginning I review provider follow ups including confirming students pass their Beginning I review
· Facilitate admitted student follow ups including when a cohort has limited spaces, when registration closes, and other opportunities for communication as identified by the Program Management team.
· Manage Beginning I waitlists and offer spots to students as available.
· Cross training with other Program Services team members to provide better customer service and be available as backup in emergency situations.
· Other projects and duties as developed and assigned.

provide effective solutions.
· Able to work equally well in an independent and team environment.
· Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals as well as meet deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Salesforce.
· Interest in SE and ability to gain a working knowledge of SE.
· Availability to work within the organizations posted operational hours. 8:30am-4:30am Mountain
Time Zone – actual schedule will be determined by Director of Program Services.
Education & Experience (preferred but not required):
· Three to five years of related experience
· Multi-lingual or multi-cultural background

· Heavy use of computer
