- Providing on-going Quality onboarding support aimed to the implementation of the Quality Control Plan, procedures, and processes by project personnel
- Preparation of quality regular monthly reports and quality daily reports summaries for the Quality Control Manager
- Assist the Quality Control Manager in the maintenance of the Quality Control Plan
- Ensure that all Quality records associated with the implementation of the Quality Control Plan are kept organized and appropriate location within Aconex or Sharepoint
- Track status of all inspections and tests to inform the Quality Control Manager and ensure that all non-conforming product, activity or procedure is recorded in the Non-Conformity Report (NCR) and in the NCRs register
- Manage Employee Certifications/ Qualifications log ( i.e Welders)
- Manage Equipment Calibration log
- Manage Training log for quality (FieldWire, NCR, Onboarding)
- Verify in the field that all the testing equipment used by the Laboratory is properly maintained and calibrated
- Keep minutes of the meetings such as Plan of the Day, Weekly QC Meeting (3 Week look ahead) and 3 Phase Meetings
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Post-secondary education
- 2-5 years of Quality Control and Assurance experience
- You have working knowledge of Quality Management System
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary, multilingual, and multicultural team
- Effective relationship building skills which allow you to obtain and analyze information from multiple diverse sources
- Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
