Responsibilities:
- Collect and enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Perform data analysis and generate reports using Excel and pivot tables
- Assist with order entry and ensure accuracy of information
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Provide general clerical support such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Use computerized systems to retrieve and update data
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in data administration or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform data analysis
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills to manage files and documents effectively
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
