Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative and accounting tasks? Join our team at The Corporate Office, Inc. in San Bernardino, California! We are currently seeking an Administrative/Accounting Assistant to support our dynamic team.
Monday through Thursday 9AM - 3:30PM; 24 hours a week
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing phone calls.
Provide support to the accounting team with bookkeeping and basic accounting functions.
Prepare and maintain documents, and reports.
Utilize office software and tools for efficient task completion.
Occasionally run errands requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative or accounting roles is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional errands.
