Scope of the Administrative & Wedding Planning Assistant:
CT Wedding Group is seeking an Administrative & Wedding Planning Assistant to work alongside our sales, planning, and production teams in an administrative capacity. This is an entry level position with growth potential. Candidates must be available Saturdays through Tuesdays.

Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating effectively with potential and current clients and guests in-person, over the phone, through email, and through text.
- Communicating effectively with current and potential staff members in-person, over the phone, by email, or through text.
- Assisting the planning and production teams in the administrative preparation and of weddings, including filing, typing, and creating marketing materials for weddings.
- Assisting in the post-event phase of weddings, including but not limited to, posting wedding photos to various social media outlets, reaching out to clients for reviews, and debriefing various departments.
- Assisting the social media team with our social media presence, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Assisting the production team in various tasks relating to hiring and staffing.
- Assisting the sales team in various tasks, including communicating with potential clients in an appropriate, positive way.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
