The Role:
As our Administrative Specialist, you will be the linchpin in our day-to-day operations, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and our clients receive unparalleled care and service. This multifaceted role requires a combination of administrative prowess, a sales-minded approach, and a compassionate demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, offering informative and friendly assistance to patients and prospective clients.
- Employ a sales-minded approach when discussing our clinic’s unique programs and services.
- Welcome and greet patients warmly, ensuring all demographic information is accurately recorded.
- Handle financial transactions with precision, including the collection and documentation of payments.
- Communicate effectively with patients and prospective clients via email, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant laws.
- Assist patients in selecting and purchasing supplements, providing knowledgeable guidance.
- Tackle various administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a keen attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate:

- A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for effective communication.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook & Word) and experienced with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
