Z.T. Distribution, Inc. is a full service Direct Store Distribution (DSD) company to the grocery trade. We service a variety of nonperishable items to major chains and independent grocers throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Our service includes warehousing, delivery, order writing, merchandising, and marketing of fine quality national and regional brands.
Administrative Specialist is responsible for performing administrative functions for Supply Chain and Operations management, including pricing, promotions, and entering new items into the database. Also responsible for assisting with product ordering and entering billing invoices daily along with entering deductions into accounts payable system. We’re looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant who can work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- · Prepare weekly and end of month sales reports (retail and vendor), identify issues/opportunities
· Print and enter billing invoices daily, resolve discrepancies, enter deductions into accounts payables system
· Maintain warehouse to warehouse transactions
· Follow-up on check deductions
· Maintain master price list
· Create and maintain promotional items sheets
· Receive and file purchase orders, track orders, enter load receivables daily
