Job Summary
The Administrative Support role is the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of SCI’s product and service solutions for key customers in accordance with customer needs and company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in accordance with customer requirements
- Responsible for managing CalCloud onboarding, adoption, and adherence of assigned key customers
- Support forecasts, track key account metrics, retention and growth of account assignments
- Support Departmental Director with customer agreements, written and cost proposals
- Prepare reports in support of departmental metrics
- support tasks associated with new client onboarding
- Support data entry and/or updating information for asset management system, CRM, ERP and other business systems as required
Education/Training Requirements
- Associate degree AND 2+ yrs work experience (OR, High School Diploma/GED with 4+ year’s work experience) in professional office environment as administrative support or Customer service.
