Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for project management? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager Administrative Assistant to support our team in achieving project success. Our company PROBAR, LLC is a company that specializes in creating plant-based, gluten-free, all-natural, and GMO-free certified protein meal bars and snacks.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist the General Manager and Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
Communication Hub: Facilitate seamless communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders with superior written and verbal communication.
Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, document management, and other administrative tasks.
Deadline Management: Ensure project milestones are completed on time. Ability to communicate obstacles and solutions which may impact timelines.
Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, organizing project documentation, and coordinating project-related activities.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication of project updates, milestones, and deadlines. Facilitate seamless communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Documentation: Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of project documentation, such as reports, presentations, and project plans.
Calendar Management: Manage calendars and schedules for project managers, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data and records, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
Problem Solving: Identify and address issues or obstacles hindering project progress, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Project Management or CAPM certification is helpful but not mandated
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project,
Basecamp, Box).
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
