JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the GM, this position will assist with all aspects of the Administrative Office; assisting the GM, Merchandise Manager, Head Golf Pro, Tournament Sales, and Golf Superintendent. Provides assistance in administrative support, record keeping, and communication in support of all internal departments. Executes various tasks and assignments, as directed by the GM, including highly confidential and business sensitive items.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Monitor costs and expenses across all departments to ensure financial matrixes are being met.
- Aide in the development and implementation of ICGR financial reports for the General Manager. Track ICGR performance, including rounds golfed, golf revenue, retail sales, event sales and other sources of revenue.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations.
- Responsible for daily operational tasks including organizing daily sales tickets and running sales reports, receiving and processing purchase invoices for all departments, and assist with coding of all invoices in correlation to budgets.
- Assist with all golf tournament post billing and event reconciliation processes.
- Oversee all ICGR employee payroll submissions including the review of time sheets and VSTL requests. Work with HR and Payroll departments as needed.

QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4 years' experience administrative duties. Supervisor experience preferred.
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
- Must have good PC skills with intermediate ability to use MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skill set. Ability to relate to all levels of management, Tribal Membership, visitors and employees in verbal/written form.
- Ability to organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and multiple interruptions.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 miles, climbing, stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and /or carry otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
Must be able to stand for 10 hours shifts. Must be able to lift 30lbs.
Must be able to work in temperatures of 90 degrees or highe.
