LinTech Global is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support the PEO-STRI CIO IT Services Contract in Orlando, Florida.
Position Overview:
- LinTech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Orlando team on a part-time basis.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including the coordination of new hire processes, preparation of documentation for security and access control, maintenance of essential lists and records, and support for senior management.
- This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate all new hire activities, including related documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate background checks for visitor and contractor badges.
- Handle documentation and coordination for NAVAIR Card and CAC Card requirements.
- Update and maintain the Emergency Contact List in compliance with PEOSTRI requirements.
- Create and submit Expense Reports for senior management.
- Monitor, maintain, and order office and coffee supplies.
- Prepare FedEx labels and packages as needed.
- Update and maintain the People and Project Locator (PPL) for cybersecurity training.
- Send out timesheet reminders and review for completion and approval.
- Coordinate LinTech Orlando team activities, including holiday events and lunches.
- Maintain schedules for mandatory employee training.
- Serve as a liaison between the LinTech Team Orlando and the Corporate Office.
- Provide administrative support as needed and reserve conference rooms for meetings.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications:
- Clearable US Citizen that can pass a background investigation to obtain a federal security clearance.
- High school or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.)
- Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility for occasional extra hours during peak periods or special events.
