2. Responds to inquiries and resolves non-routine problems requiring broad understanding of work-area policies and procedures to ensure questions are answered and issues resolved in a timely manner.
3. Reviews data and follows up on discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
4. Enters data and generates reports from NSU specific software systems to ensure accurate processing and record-keeping.
5. Assists in coordinating college events (Graduation, Pinning Ceremony, Honor Cord Ceremony, Summer Institute, Orientation, etc).
6. Serves as the initial contact and program liaison; communicates with internal and external stakeholders; advises students of campus resources such as, Financial Aid, Registrar, Admissions, One-Stop-Shop; stays current on the availability of those services and works closely with those resources regarding program issues.
7. Creates and maintains student and prospective student files and records.
8. Assists Program Directors with program specific student needs, such as registration of students, creation of CRN's, mailing of Dean's List letters and correspondence related to student progress reports.
9. Prepares and submits supply orders, purchase orders, work orders; submits travel requests, travel arrangements, and reimbursements for faculty; oversees the requisition, receipt, and inventory of equipment and/or supplies for the program; develops systems to track purchases and inventory.
10. Assists Program Director and Director of Clinical Services with student and faculty clinical requirements (Agency Requirements, background checks, immunizations, drug screening, BLS, etc).
11. Assists with adjunct payment entry.
12. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

3. Mails packages via FedEX or UPS; sends certified letters.
4. Orders desk copy/electronic books for faculty and adjuncts, as requested by Program Director.
5. Performs special projects as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
1. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
2. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils and computer keyboards.
3. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

Associate's Degree and two (2) years of administrative experience in an office environment, and/or coordinating a function within an office.
