About the Position
- We are seeking a dependable, Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support and administrative assistance to the Administrative Team, assisting in daily office needs and all general administrative activities. As well as, assisting in some warehouse duties. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and previous work history. Hours for this position are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, and 9:00 AM -12:00 PM Saturday (Saturday's Will Be Alternated With Other Team Members Providing Most Weekends Off).

What are the key responsibilities?
- Provides internal and external customer service and supporting the administrative staff with daily operations
- Answers incoming calls and provides customer service and general department information and billing inquiries
- Assist in tracking open purchase orders and ensures that all steps in the process are complete
- Processes invoices
- Coordinates the pickup and drop off of administrative packages
- Provides direct administrative assistance to the Administrative Team
- Maintains computer skills to include typing, data entry, Microsoft, Excel, etc…
- Cross-trains with the Administrative Team
- Assists with records management to include sorting, filing, scanning, and retrieving documents.
- Maintains strict confidentiality with all information
- Performs assigned related special projects as assigned

- Reports directly to –Administrative Team

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
- Work is primarily indoors in well-lighted, air-conditioned office
- High-volume, fast-paced environment
- Continual use of a computer keyboard and other peripheral devices
- Warehouse assistance as needed, which may include being in the elements
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to type and enter data with appropriate speed and efficiency
- Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive matters
- Strong organizational skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
