We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our growing dynamic organization. This role will predominantly support our Chief Marketing Officer in an Administrative Assistant and Social Media Management Role.
The day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the daily schedules and calendars of Company Executives.
- Prepare and audit various documents including expense reports, memos and invoices
- Create and maintain various spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare presentations
- Oversee event planning as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, document management
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
- Compile organizational data to ensure arcuate KPIs
- Assist in managing various vendors, contractors and clients
- Conduct Marketing research to stay up to date with industry trends
- Create engaging, high quality content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp etc.
- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement
- Assist in editorial content development including but not limited to email marketing, blogs, websites, and various social media platforms
- Results driven by planning, organizing, communicating, delegating and following up
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an Executive Admin role
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Marketing Experience Preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Great organizational & planning skills
- Able to take initiative and make decisions based on sound judgement
- High level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for various events and meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
