Communication Technology Education Center (CTEC) is Northern California’s leader in AAC (Augmentative Alternative Communication) evaluation, training and education.
Our organization is looking for a part time (25 hours per week) Administrative
Assistant/Schedulerto join our team. This position will require the candidate to report daily in-person at our office.

The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate complex appointment scheduling among many clinicians and numerous field locations. Additional responsibilities will be to assist with a variety of administrative office duties. We are looking for someone with:
● A comfortable working knowledge of MicroSoft Office and Google Office applications (Google Calendar, Docs, and Sheets);
● Attention to detail and a problem solving nature;
● A self-starter with a passion for learning and growing;
● Experience working or interacting with individuals with developmental disabilities;
● Professional written and verbal communication skills;
● A strong background in complex, multi-location staff scheduling would be helpful;
● Experience working in a medical or educational setting is preferred, but not required.
● Bilingual is a plus!
