PART TIME, TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION AVAILABLE
CPA Firm located in Ann Arbor is seeking candidates for a part time Administrative
Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative
Assistant include providing support to our clients and staff, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities. Our firm has offices located in Ann Arbor, Bingham
Farms and St. Clair Shores. This position would be located at our Ann Arbor office.
Job Requirements
- Manages incoming phone calls - reviews/screens calls, for members of the practice. Greets all clients in office
- Scanning, mailings, data input, etc.
- Provides general clerical/administrative support to practice
- Maintains client files; ensuring all documents are properly filed and that client information is available as needed by professional staff
- Contacts clients as needed to gather or transmit information
- Other light administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, scanners and binding machines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment during peak tax season.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication verbal and written skills
- Focus on exceptional client service
Ideal candidate will be friendly, dependable, and computer literate and will enjoy a busy work atmosphere. Hours are 20 hours per week. 40 hours/week will be required
March– April .
