SalaryAdministrative Assistant:
Sapphire Construction is a local to Flathead Valley excavation contractor providing residential , commercial, and private/public excavation services. We are currently seeking a part time administrative assistant. Duties would include but not be limited to:
- Daily upkeep of office email
- Communication with accounting team regarding AR/AP
- Ensuring permits/licenses are current
- Parts running to job sites
- Online vendor account payments/maintenance
- Organization of office area
- Inventory data collection
- Communication with clients regarding payments
- Tracking/data collection for trucking/gravel
Previous knowledge of construction/excavation is helpful but not necessary. Clean driving record required for parts running etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
