Position Overview
To provide administrative support to managers and employees assisting with daily needs along with managing the company’s general administrative activities and clerical tasks as needed. He/she will work with other departments, supervisors and management and is expected to project a professional company image. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems, maintain employee information and document activity using the ATS, using tools like MS Excel and office equipment to stay organized. Conduct initial candidate prescreens, schedule interviews and prepare new hire paperwork. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish and must be highly motivated with a strong attention to detail.
Technical Responsibilities of the Job
- Operations Support:
- Administrative reporting
- Develop and sustain Daily/Weekly/Monthly dash-boarding of key metrics
- Organize and facilitate business meetings, hiring events, job fairs
- Maintain office Calendar
Lean:
- Maintain Lean records and action register
- Provide support for Lean events and activities
- Audit Lean processes
Project Management:
- Provide project management support to ongoing and future department projects

Training/Certification
- At least 3 year of previous Administrative Assistance experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum typing speed 50 Net WPM
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience required. Intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience highly preferred.
Education
- Associates Degree Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
