Responsibilities:
Admin Responsibilities:
- Process Incoming invoices, Receiving paperwork, Incoming bills to be paid, and customer deposits via Quickbooks
...
- Schedule product deliveries and process and distribute paperwork for material to be cut for production
- Schedule installs and send install paperwork to subcontracted installers
- Schedule service work for incoming work orders
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook to communicate via email within the company and with outside vendors and customers
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints to determine labor, material, and time requirements for a project for new stair and/or rail systems
- Analyze customer specifications for a project to ensure generation of accurate take-offs
- Effectively communicate quoted materials to Sales
- Contact vendors for special order pricing for custom materials
- Maintain all records for quotation in an organized manner within the electronic job folder
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience working within the construction industry is a plus.

Qualifications:
Microsoft proficiency - experience with Excel, Basic computer literacy, Quickbooks experience is a plus. Ability to work independently. Ability to put together a professional presentation. The ideal candidate will have outstanding analytical and math skills Ability to work well on a team with a positive attitude. Very detail-oriented. Ability to be trained to read technical drawings and specified requirements.
