Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage front office area and greet clients
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Schedule roof replacement and repair estimate appointments
- Manage general email account
- Collaborate with sales team to coordinate schedules accurately
- Maintain call log and report data at weekly team meeting
- Address clients questions and concerns or delegate to appropriate team member
- Respond to online submissions from company's website
- Coordinate marketing efforts with outside marketing team
- Follow-up with clients
- Order office supplies
- Light housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Customer service experience required
- Administrative Assistant, Front Office Assistant, Receptionist or similar experience required
- Basic understanding of roofing terminology preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task, flexibility with daily tasks and team player attitude required
- Attention to detail required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
