Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant for Wood and Luxury Vinyl flooring importer and distributor. Assistant to office manager and President.

- Assist President on Email replies, marketing, and research.

-Assist Office Manager with processing customer orders and vendor purchase orders, invoicing and accounts payable follow ups, and logistics quotes.

-Other administrative support as needed

Requirements:

- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or office admin assistant is advantageous

- Quickbooks Accounting software, Adobe InDesign and/or other graphics skills, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, other MS software skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.66 - $17.77 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
