We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant at our Richmond location due to rapid growth in the Central Virginia Market.

- Be able to effectively communicate with clients in a polite and courteous manner
- Ability to learn and understand the production procedures to be able to coordinate completion of a job
- Assist with scheduling of projects with vendors and clients
- Assist with sending required documents for signature to vendors and clients
- Generate and track reports as necessary and sending them to the appropriate departments
- Assist in providing back up coverage to the front desk
- Must have a Clean Driving Record and a Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to Pass a Drug Test
- Must be able to Pass a Background Check (7 Years)
- Must be willing to Show up Daily and Work as a Part of our High Performing Team
- Must have 3-5 Years of Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator Experience
- Must have Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Must have the ability to learn New Technical Systems
