We are searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant who will provide support to the sales department. This position requires excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:
· Enter information into software that will generate data required for the operations department. This task requires strong attention to detail.
· Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
· Use computers for various applications, such as database management.
· Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as order forms, invoices, or other material.
· Discuss account status and handle customer requests.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
· Associate's degree or higher (Preferred).
· Basic computer skills.
· The ability to learn new programs quickly and fix common problems. Basic knowledge of the Word and Excel applications and filing systems in Microsoft Office.
· Deadline-oriented and highly structured. Works well within a tight deadline.
· The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
· Friendly and positive attitude during their interactions with clients and other employees.
· Marketing, direct mail, financial, and insurance experience a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
