We are currently seeking a dedicated candidate to join our NCE Family as a Receptionist.

Must be Fluent in English AND Spanish!

Job Duties :

· Greet Guests

· Process New Hire applications, follow up with applicants

· Process Background Checks

· Conduct Weekly orientation for New Hires

· Add new Hires to Sandata

· Enter New Hire paperwork

· Screen CEO calls

· Answer calls on first ring

· Take appropriate and detailed phone messages, including: correct name address and phone numbers.

· Leave work email open throughout the day to monitor incoming mail

· Assist in coordinating special events within the agency

· Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by Supervisor

· Orders office supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English and Spanish (Required)
