Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.80 - $26.26 per hour
