Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• Communicate via phone and email with customers in a timely and professional manner regarding vehicle damages, any repairs that need to be completed, and the process of getting the vehicle repaired
• Support all areas of dealership and assisting Customer
• Service Representative throughout the damage and repair process from start to end
• Have basic vehicle knowledge in order to advise customers of the specific repairs to be completed and why
• Assist Account Managers with credit requests and approvals
• Support with collection of outstanding account receivable funds, process credit applications and sending customer follow-up letters
• Support with obtaining payments from customers, creating billing, and processing customer chargebacks
• Assist with creating purchase orders and coding invoices
• Assist with tracking and maintaining an outstanding claims spreadsheet with all existing claims
• Maintain accurate records based on company standards and policies within the designated claims system
• Assist with entering and processing AP invoices for payment
• Miscellaneous filing
• Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in customer service industry
• Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office
• Due to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance is required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• A commitment to exceeding your customer's expectations
• Experience working with a Rental software would be considered a strong asset
