Job Summary:
- Manage our journal system
- Customer Service
- Manage our author contracts
- Update and maintain computerized databases and spreadsheets
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Punctual, works indpendently and with a team
