Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day needs of the office.
- Prepares and edits correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Organizes and maintains files and records.
- Provides general support to the Program Director and Executive Director including scheduling and maintaining calendars utilizing Outlook and Zoom.
- Makes online purchases for the office, staff and Execs
- Prepares department and leadership correspondence.
- Provides general support to the department team including running errands and special projects as needed.
- Receive and send employee reimbursement requests via DocuSign. Once approved by Supervisor, send the request to Finance for payment processing.
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in the capacity of an Admin supporting management or leadership, and department.
- High School Diploma required.
- Nonprofit organization experience a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
- Critical thinking skills with a proven attention to details
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
