This position is Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Project Coordinator is responsible for working with the Account Executive Team, Design Dept. and the Production Dept. to ensure smooth project flow, from inception through installation.
Job Duties Include:
1. Procuring Information; including interfacing with clients, vendors and consultants
2. Preparing sign package take-offs and schedules
3. Secretarial Duties; including fielding calls
4. Sign Code Research, Preparing and filing Permit applications
5. Binder Set Up/Binder Break Down
6. Proposal Preparation
7. Filling in for Ofc Mgr
8. Oversight of Add Jobs.
Please note that occasional, overnight travel is required.
