Our client is opening an innovative boutique Preschool Center set to open in August 2023 in Plano, TX, which will serve children 3 to 5 years of age. As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Head of School and school staff making sure our company runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to dive into all parts of the business and pitch in anywhere to deliver an exceptional experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you believe no job is too big or small, and never miss the details. You will have a unique insight into all of the operations across the business with the opportunity to grow and develop alongside a fast-growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid position until June 2023, then will work from the Plano School location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helps Maintain Dreamland’s Classroom ratio and group size.
- Primary Person to Answer Phones & Greet Parents
- Maintain Front Desk
- Assist with School Tours as needed.
- Send Follow-Up Tour Information
- Inquiries-Print all online inquiries/add to tracking list/log scheduled tours & orientations on front calendar.
- Make nametags for all children and staff.
- Maintain children’s files.
- Update allergy forms complete/cards posted in classroom.
- Check Email Daily
- Give Classroom Codes
- Step in Classrooms for Ratio as needed.
- Keep Track of Office Supplies & Paper goods needed to be ordered.
- Always keep Front Desk Area Clean and Clutter Free
- Print and Deliver Weekly Sign-In Sheets to Classrooms
- Update Bulletin Board Monthly
- Keep Tour Packets Stocked
- Maintain Visitor Log
QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiar and has worked with ProCare Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willing to Obtain RBT Training
- Ability to work a Flexible Schedule
- Ability to Attend Monthly & Quarterly After-Hours Events
- Professional presentation and attitude.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of Operations and/or Administrator experience required.
- Associate's degree Required and Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
- Continuing Education will be required.
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- A current Texas Driver's License is required.
- Proof of auto liability insurance is required.
- Able to Pass a DFPS State & Federal Background Check
