Administrative and Commercial Assistant

We are looking for a person with knowledge of Administrative and commercial assistant office.

Preferably a professional in administrative areas and with basic knowledge in the following areas (Word, Excel, etc).

*This is a full-time position Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 4:30 pm.
*Training Provided.
* 7 holidays are paid per year (+ bonuses at the end of the year)
* 1 Week of vacation at the end of the year (Paid)
* The company pays $ 50.00 monthly for telephone expenses.
* Annual bonus based on productivity
*English Level: Intermediate. Spanish is a plus

Asistente Administrativa y Comercial

Estamos buscando una persona con conocimientos administrativos y comerciales

*Esta es una posición de tiempo completo de lunes a viernes de 8.00am-4:30 pm.
*Entrenamiento incluido.
* Se pagan 7 días festivos al año (+bonos al final del año)
* 1 Semana de vacaciones al final de año. (Paga)
* La compañía paga $50.00 mensualmente por gastos del servicio de telefono.
* Bono anual basado en productividad.
*Nivel de inglés: Intermedio. español es un plus
