We are seeking a skilled part time Administrative Assistant to join Premier Tax & Finance. This position is a temporary assignment requiring 20-30 hours per week. The duration of this assignment will be for 4-6 months or longer based on business needs. The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our tax professionals and managing various administrative tasks, including scanning tax documents and assisting with other project work. The ideal candidate will be familiar with entering data into Customer Relations Management software (CRM), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a fast paced environment with a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to tax professionals and other team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing and editing documents, handling incoming calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, or the Canopy client portal, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and requests for information, and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, including scanning, filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Project Assistance: Provide support with various project work.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and provide administrative support to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure smooth operations within the office.

Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
