Gorman & Company is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to work at one of our residential properties in Rockford, IL. This position has one of the most important jobs in supporting the property management team while providing excellent customer service and a memorable first impression to our residents and prospective residents.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with auditing and maintaining files.
- Gather paperwork, lease packages, and addendums for new residents.
- Enter in prospect information into management software.
- Answer telephones to assist all prospective and current residents.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in Section 8 and/or Section 42 Housing preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer skills.
- Ability to use basic office equipment.
- Experience with Onesite or Yardi preferred.
- Regular attendance and dependability required.
- Hourly Rate: $18.00
