Title: Adminstrative Assistant for their Sales Office
Hours: 9:00am -5pm
Salary Range: 18-20, D.O.E.
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations in Sales office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a retail or hardware store environment is a plus NOT a must.
