South Dakota Farm Bureau is a statewide agriculture organization which serves our members and the industry though policy, advocacy and leadership development. SDFB has a unique opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator who will participate as a team member with both in-office responsibilities and some in-state travel. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, staff and customer support related tasks.
$60,000 DOE / annually

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as an overall contact for the office, answer phones, provide information for callers, support for staff and manage office operations;
- Assist the Executive Director;
- Attend board meetings and record minutes;
- Project Management: Coordinate and monitor projects moving through organization to support timelines and goals;
- Create professional business correspondence (letters, emails, texts), manage electronic board meeting platform and organize packets for board members, meetings and staff;
- Proof documents, papers, and articles for grammar, spelling and sentence structure;
- Participate in promotional activities at events, booths and trade shows;
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or higher
- 3-5 years experience
