Office skills: computers, printers, intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe, various office and marketing software, ability to quickly learn and deploy new software
Finance skills: Excel, QuickBooks, budgeting, analysis, calculating job costs, preparing lease agreements
Marketing skills: Social media, coordinate events, collaborate with marketing and website agencies to complete projects
Professional skills: Build rapport with customers and co-workers, communicate in a professional manner, maintain strict confidentiality, excellent work ethic, positive and professional attitude
