Buffalo Ridge Concrete, Inc. is a locally owned and operated concrete ready mix company, with 13 plants located throughout Southwest Minnesota and Eastern South Dakota. We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team for our business office in Crooks South Dakota. This is a very hands-on role doing general office work and will also function as support to our accounts receivable department. You will be working in a fast-paced environment. Description of responsibilities:

Office Assistant:

· Answer phones

· Greet customers, vendors, and visitors

· Process incoming mail and packages

· Assist with other office duties

· Upbeat personality and great customer service skills

Accounts Receivable:

· Process tickets, invoices, and monthly statements

· Make collection calls and correspondence

· Account reconciliations

· Other duties as assigned

Work Location:

· In person at office

Schedule:

· Day Shift

· Monday – Friday

· 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
