Job Description:
As the Administrative Assistant for our client, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the library suite and supporting the Dean's office. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient flow of operations and providing a welcoming and supportive environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Shift: Monday - Friday / 8AM - 5PM
Payrate: $ 15.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files.
- Assist with library and academic resource inquiries and direct visitors to appropriate resources.
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure the efficient operation of the Dean's Library Suite.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support roles is an advantage.
- Experience with coordinating large scale meetings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
