Job Description
Our hiring manager is looking for a skilled administative assistant to support with a 6 month project. The ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following industries: government, medical, or legal industry. We are looking for someone that has experience with record management, filing, scanning, board meeting preparation, utilizing powerpoint, and adobe acrobat. If you are interested, APPL NOW!
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Scanning & Copying
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Adobe Acrobat
