Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Construction company office team! We are a Minority owned, Small Business and have been expanding exponentially.
You would perform clerical and administrative functions in order to assist a company department head. This is a salaried position with expected hours between 7:30/8am and 5pm, M-F.
Currently the office is in Glen Rock NJ, but will be moving to Mahwah near Wyckoff Ave & Forest Rd mid-late January.
Responsibilities:
- Draft formal documents
- Google "Calendar", "My Map", and "Sheets" Upkeep
- Project write ups for construction based on field personnel Daily Logs
- Procore (Software) Upkeep
- Website (Word Press) Upkeep (minor)
- Perform miscellaneous other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Procore is a huge plus
- Familiarity with Word Press is a huge plus
