Length: 6 months
Location: ABV1
Possible FTE conversion if all goes well with team and candidate
Scheduled: Hybrid; 3 - 4 days in the office/onsite from 8 - 5 PM; 1 - 2 days remote: Flexible on start time for the right candidate
Supported Team: VP and their team
Job Duties:
Calendar Management, collaborating with departments on leaders behalf, Expense reporting, Event Planning, Onsite Planning, Pos, SOWs, org charts, travel arrangements/expensive. Domestic mostly, rarely international, coordinate car service dependent on situation, hotel
Candidate characteristics/strengths needed: Behavior Preferences: Intuitive agility, detailed event planner, collaborative, leadership, agile administrative skills, fun, positive attitude.
