Administrative Assistant in Real Estate (Part Time)

$25.00 per hour to start

Part Time - 20-25 hours per week - Flexible Schedule

As Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Join a specialist in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management
• Receive complete training
• Serve as a first point of contact for vendors and tenants
• Create and track work orders for maintenance and repair issues
• Facilitate Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Assist with budgeting processes
• Run routine and special reports
• Maintain certificates of insurance
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Ensure the office remains neat and orderly
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Administrative experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ Related experience from the Real Estate and/or Property Management Industries
• +++ Adobe Acrobat experience
• +++ Experience with ANY Accounting Software
• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
