Job Title: Administrative Associate 2
Location: Palo Alto, CA 94305
Duration: 8 Months
Job Summary:
- This position is a full time, hybrid position that involves scheduling, organizing, and operating conferences, seminars, and events, serve as the point of contact for general maintenance, health and safety, and plan and schedule calendars, resolving conflicts and maintaining compliance with unit, university, and sponsor policies.
- Provide administrative or operational support with limited supervision. May be responsible for leading other administrative staff or subordinates.
- It also requires familiarity with Pcard and Tcard transactions and submission along with post doc coordination.
- Attention to detail, self-starter and communication is key to be successful in this role.
- Other duties may also be assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) OR four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
- Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
