Administrative Assistant
TheAdministrative Assistant carries out the day-day functions of theAdministrative Office. He/she performsadministrative duties for the CEO and CNO. Responsibilities may include screeningcalls; managing calendars; making travel and meeting arrangements; proofreadsedits and updates a variety of documents; monitors and maintains officeinventory and supply levels; preparing reports and developing spreadsheets andslide presentations using Power Point. Requires strong computer skills,flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experienceand ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
The following skills, ability, and knowledge is needed:
- Excellent typing skills with knowledge of how to format correspondence, type policies and procedures.
- Able to develop spreadsheets using Excel.
- Able to develop slide presentations using PowerPoint.
- Able to multitask and willing to learn new skills and apply knowledge learned; organized approach.
- Willing to adapt and learn new skills and assist with data collection and creating reports.
- Keeps calendar for CEO and CNO.
- Able to interview patients and follow-through with documenting and addressing complaints and concerns.
- Self-starter. Utilizes down time to assist others.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent office/clerical experience.
AA Degree preferred
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
