Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The starting hourly rate for this position is $25.00 / hour. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.

Who We're Looking For: Administrative Assistant, Wakefield, MA
C-4 Analytics is looking for an Administrative Assistant to be the face of C-4 Analytics. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functionality of the office through the duties listed below.
A day in the life of an Administrative Assistant, Wakefield, MA
- Greet all vendors and guests and make them feel welcome
- Serve as the face of C-4 Analytics at the Wakefield office welcome desk
- Serve as the point person to answer and direct company calls and voicemail
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to mailing, scanning, and copying (this may be in support of sales marketing materials) and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes using Google Calendar
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and packages
- Send, receive, and return shipments for the company
- Liaise with executive and senior Administrative Assistants, and third parties such as vendors to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Inventory and maintain office supplies, new hire equipment, and equipment returns at appropriate levels for office locations and for remote employees
- Track the purchase of office supplies
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Coordinate, book, and manage travel arrangements and meal reservations for Executive, Senior Staff, and other staff
- Maintain current company phone list
- Order catering, snacks, and other items for various company activities and meetings
- Initiate and follow up on cleaning and building requests
- Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure meeting rooms, sitting areas, and kitchen are in good standing condition
- Assist the IT team by conducting tech checks and if issues arise putting in any necessary work orders
- Assist the Learning and Development team by coordinating offsite meetings and training sessions and maintaining related attendance trackers
- Support in the creation of slides for company-wide topics including but not limited to anniversaries, new hires, promotions, births, and general announcements
- Assist the Accounting team by managing and recording incoming checks
- Track purchases made with a corporate card
- Promote a fun and team-oriented work environment
- Recommend, plan, and facilitate office events for all office locations
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Special Requirements:
- Proficient with tools such as G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Proven track record of strong inter-departmental communication skills.
- 3+ years of receiving shipments and returning shipments on behalf of an employer
- 3+ years of 3rd party vendor communication
- Experience making travel arrangements in the past on behalf of employees (domestic and international)
- Agency experience is a plus
